The glass on Evolution is definitely looking a lot nicer than on First. I guess that's reflected in the condo prices (1 bedrooms from mid $200k in First, from 300s in Evolution).

Not crazy about the blue colored spandrel bits either, but that's a trend I hate in general.

Glass on Evolution is definitely nicer, but I like First for the most part. Lots of spandrel, but enough glass to give it a pass. Too much spandrel for me is something like Union Square.

I'm surprised at how little window space there is on floors 3-6. I wonder why so much spandrel?

LEED is a candidate. The hybrid window wall looks alot better at Evolution. If only it didn't have the white framed windows. They don't look too bad from a distance.
