I can't even imagine how serve the congestion will be dumping all those vehicles onto Adelaide & Richmond(over 50,000). Which is exactly what will happen without any increases in north-south transit capacity. Nor will it be very that desirable to shift all that traffic through the Corktown/St Lawrence neighborhoods.
As for the Bathurst flyover, was there any space reserved for such a right of way through the proposed Garrison point development?
