Nothing really new that I hadn't posted. I was correct a couple of posts ago that the preliminary plats they will be bringing before the city planning commission this week are for the building itself, the business hotel (not the resort hotel complex - that is a later phase), and the SOHO style apartments (mixed use which was a nice surprise).
Otherwise just a couple of comments from a Phoenixmart representative giving updated timelines etc....
