This is almost past 10 Hudson. Still has like 450ish ft to go. Which is like adding the current status (somewhat) of 15 hudson atop of 30 HY.

Still have phase II to go!

NY might be too much for some. I'd recommend some magnesium citrate, a bag, people magazine, a rubber duck, and a blanket for NY withdrawal.

Almost passing 10 Hudson. Still has ways to go.

Sorry for the Off-topic question, but does anyone care to tell me if street vendor is a legal business in NY (or the US)? Do these people pay tax and stuff?

Of course its legal. Yeah they pay taxes. Not doing so is tax evasion. Hell, if they didn't, and could get a way with it, you'd see me do it too. Imagine the money you have setting up in TS and not paying taxes lol.

They also need a permit btw. Unless your selling counterfeit Louis Vuitton on Saturday night, 5th avenue. That requires a bag, and when the cops come, you stuff the purses and scarfs and run!

Also, some street vendors pay rent for certain locations. Example: Outside of museums or popular spots. Hence why a lot of them move around; often attached to a mini van. But depending on the location, it can be quite lucrative, but cut throat.

^^ that sounds cool, the only reason it felt odd to me was that they seemed to be blocking the pedestrian's way (in most pics) and made the whole area look chaotic, in addition to all the litter-y contribution at the end of the day. And nobody seemed to get bothered.

The vendors are usually, from what I've seen, at the edge of the sidewalk, by (or on) the street. They're well out of the way. There does indeed seem to be chaos in New York, but it's sort of an orderly chaos. I've only visited, so maybe I don't have the most expertise, but the city is like a giant clock with loads of gears. It looks like a mess, but everything flows together mechanically, or so it seems.

And yes, street vending is legal in other places in the US. You just need a license for it like in New York, and then of course other regulations (food safety, location, legality of merch, etc) apply.
