Windows now being installed on 1st floor. Progress continues on the 6th floor walls.

The 7th floor slabs are installed and some of the walls are now in. Windows now going into the 2nd floor.

Most of 7th fl walls are now installed and half of 7th fl roof slabs.

Windows are in up to 3rd floor.

Likely starting the mechanical penthouse by next week and this will be topped out.

Mechanical penthouse is installed.

The windows on 4th floor are nearly installed.

This one is topped out.

Roofing likely being installed over the next few weeks as they finish making this weather tight.

I think it is going to turn out really nice, certainly an upgrade over what was there.

Sort of wish then went a few floors higher

Windows going in on the 5th this week. If they keep the pace all the windows will be installed by mid June.

They have started installing windows on the 6th fl now. Metal stud partition walls now being built on lower floors as the interior services are being built.

So Tricar still has their tower crane up on this building as they continue to work on the interior units and slowly on the exterior. Where do you think they will move this crane too in the near future?

Which of their proposed projects will start next? Richmond north of Fanshawe or the projects on Sunningdale Rd?

Just drove by it about a half hour ago. Amazing to look at my picture up this page from a year ago and realize how far this place is from being done still.
