I've been considering 560 wellington, the renderings are pretty detailed. As for Soho? I think I'd need more information.
Bolognium what are you thinking about either of these?

I'm not really interested in drawing either of these. I'm mildly annoyed that I have to go back and update The Crown/Revo. Drawing the SoHo project seems like it could be a complete waste of time, but 560 Wellington may be worth it. Dunno.

I finally got around to submitting the Gartshore towers today. Decided to draw a crappy podium after all, just so I could finally get them submitted. I saw your new hospital drawing, btw. You did a wonderful job. Why didn't you add the cool blue "H" on the roof like with University Hospital?

no, I know what you mean when it comes to London proposals.

as for the blue H.. honestly? I was working off photos that didn't have it, and I flat out forgot that it was on until I drove past it like 2 weeks after it was already submitted.
I might add it, but I'm not really sure.
thanks by the way.

Oh nice bolognium!

I managed to convince the powers that be to change a few things. Crown on King is completed, Ren II date pushed to 2013, and managed to get One London Place Phase II (Two London Place) back to proposed.

^Good to see those changes, now we just need to change the name to Revo on King for The Crown on King towers!

Oh and nice diagram bolognium! The Bell building may not be the nicest looking, but it is unique.

London Local has been kinda dull recently so may as well ask...

Any interest by our drawers on doing the new buildings proposed for Fanshawe and Western?

Also One London Place Phase II could use a new drawing (and you could outdo One London Place as well )

Is OLP 2 a go? Or still in talks like it has been for a while?

Best way to describe it is 'proposed'. Sifton stated a while back they want to build the tower if they find an anchor tenant.

One London Place has next to no office vacancy, and thus there is demand for a second tower. It seems many companies want to avoid Farhi buildings, which have high office vacancy rates.

You know Bolognium, I remember a while back you were discussing the idea of doing London life as well.. any interest in taking a crack at the best looking building in the city? Even if it isn't tall.. it's pretty sprawling from some angles and might be a good challenge.

Quick question: was the Library development effectively cancelled? From what I understand it's still on the drawing board, pending demand/reassessment. Should be chanced from 'cancelled' to 'proposed'.

Any new renders for the Fincore/Street project recently? I recall seeing a couple in the Free Press but they were very tiny.
