Allen Center Redevelopment: New renderings; a different design. Said to be moving forward still with an official announcement coming soon.
Post Oak Central: Back in 2011, a proposal was made to add retail components to POC. The project would also give POC a more pedestrian-friendly experience. New renderings have surfaced that suggest that this is once again an active proposal.

Exclusive: Details emerge on first luxury condo high-rise in The Woodlands
The Woodlands Development Co. plans to build a 22- to 26-story luxury condominium tower near The Woodlands Waterway.
The longtime Houston-area developer — a wholly owned subsidiary of Dallas-based The Howard Hughes Corp.(NYSE: HHC) — has been quietly working on its first residential high-rise in The Woodlands.
Jim Carman, Howard Hughes' director of building development, told the Houston Business Journal the condo tower will be between 22 and 26 stories, depending on unit sales. Floor plans have not been finalized, but each floor is expected to have up to four units with possible penthouses having fewer units. The tower will have approximately 90 units in total, and will have an upscale and contemporary design, Carman said.
The Woodlands Development Co. hopes to break ground on the project later this year, Carman said. The site is planned and permitted, and a groundbreaking date will be set pending unit sales. More details on the project, as well as renderings, are forthcoming in the coming months, Carman added.
It looks like a couple projects might have been canceled. I don't see a lot of the office buildings, like Chevron tower, International tower, or 6 Houston Center. It also appears that a number of the residential projects have been pushed back.

I think the office projects are no longer listed because the start date for them now is very uncertain.

For the time being until they can find a tenant. But I have faith in this project that it will be built, it's just a matter of time even with low oil prices.
Luxe additions position Galleria for a bright future
A quarter-billion-dollar investment in the landmark Houston Galleria and the addition of luxury retailers so cutting edge you'll be forgiven for never having heard of them offer further evidence of the city's rising prominence as a destination for the biggest of spenders.
"The Galleria is one of the top retail assets in the country, if not the world," said David Simon, who heads the real estate giant that owns it, during a visit to the city on Wednesday. "In a center like this, you can never stay still."
Though the upgrades were announced nearly a year and a half ago, the $250 million scope of it was never clear before Simon arrived to formally unveil three new Galleria tenants: The Webster, a hip boutique making its first foray outside of Miami; La Perla, an Italian brand famous for its slinky and expensive lingerie; and Céline, a French ready-to-wear designer of coveted handbags, shoes and apparel.
