Look's like they're either going to jack up the south crane or are building a base for a new crane. They trucked in some large red structures but I couldn't see where they lifted them to via the HD cam.

The PATH trains from New Jersey come in that way. (The tracks are covered). They go out under the Freedom Tower.

Underneath if I'm not mistaken. It's been a while since the site was open. I do know that part of the parking garage was left in place for just that purpose.

Just checked the earthcam and there was what looked like a police car at the bottom of the ramp. Unless they were driving people down who didn't want to walk....what might that be about?
