That would be two brand new high-rise apartment towers going up at the same time.

No, Hensler's would have been ready a year if not more before Tony G's. Hensler just knows he can probably make a lot more money this way.

I counted 23 floors this morning, and it looks like they're in the midst of putting the roof on, so the height is all there now.

Lots of glazing is on now, too, and the whole structure is starting to look pretty sharp.

The official name is "The Twelve/Twelve".

Uh, yeah! That's right.

And it is topped out and the crane has been removed. Balcony railings have not been installed, so they are still a little ways away from allowing move ins.
