Trinity Church is across the street.
As I understand it, for property
that is not for religious purposes along with religious teachings/worship (education/ccd for example), I'll be taxed. Residential component for this development is taxed. Property will be taxed. Functionality is not religious in nature (office/luxury residential), so they'll pay property taxes.
Purchases from churches such as land let's say used via the party will be taxed such as offices. Similar conundrum exists for non-profits. There's a fine line between what the state can take and what they can't.
Taxes will be paid in a nutshell on 74 Trinity and any sort of sales tax.
I believe this is the case. If not, let me know.
