DECL Spring Clean-Up - May 3, 2015

Join us for our annual Spring Clean-Up as part of the Capital City Clean-Up Program and the River Valley Clean-Up. A great way to help clean up your community and enjoy some time outdoors!

Sunday, May 3 at 10:00am

Meet us at Dick Mather Park (Gazebo Park) at 10am. We will bring cleaning supplies, please wear appropriate work clothes and bring work gloves if you have them. We will focus our efforts in the areas and streets around McKay Avenue School.

See you there!
DECL Board

Please let us know if you are coming if possible so that we can plan for equipment needs.

REMINDER!

Please pass this on and encourage others to come on out! We typically remove 10-15 full sized bags of garbage from our hillside and core.

Something constructive from DECL and no restrictions or cost...imagine that.

I would like to take you for coffee or a pint to understand your perspective/opinion.

15 people, 2 hrs, 18 bags of garbage picked up.

It's that easy, but sadly, much needed.

Thanks to all of those who helped out.

1 Guy....me. 30min in my hood.

A truck full of garbage, old illegal signs that I just take down...I don't bother to call 311 and report anymore. Just faster if I do it! By far the most garbage I have seen this year on Edmonton streets in 30 years!!

Still not enough core house cleaning and maintenance for our city. Its disappointing.
