30 January? I'll probably be done sooner, possibly by NYE.

How about last submission can be entered by 11:59 Sunday January 17th. Even though this is a messed up holiday season it can be very easy to get caught up in things where it may be tough to find free time. My Christmas is looking bleak as I won't be going to B.C for the first time ever for so I should have nothing but time. Then again I might be drunk the entire time with friends in my social bubble here in Toronto.

How does this sound to the rest of you?

Also this time can we have somebody to moderate the submissions. This way they can all be submitted in one post instead of being posted over several posts and sometimes pages.

We should figure out some guidelines as well. Say, keep it to 5 renders and 1 video if people feel like making one. That can be just for the post with all submissions, feel free to post as many as you like in your own comments.

Each coloured box is 80'x80' so it looks like I have to cut some square footage off building number 3 to the west to be in compliance with Vancouver planning, correct?

What I've got going for my design so far. I just intend to do one tower, but I'm going to try doing some proper streetscaping this time.

^Nice.

I'm debating reskinning the facade on the twin towers.

Still working on the podiums of the three towers.

One month to go and I'm already starting my 3rd concept for the site. Or maybe I'll just stick to my original:

I've been working on some refinements for my design. What I've got so far:

Sneak peek. Instead of twin towers making a 145m wall from Capitol Residences to Telus Garden, I went for 188m and 107m, with a 56m office podium to align with the mid-height datums established by neighbouring buildings and the first section of Telus garden.

Nice. Three towers are a tight fit, but doable - the red boxes are 80'x80'

So, how do we plan on doing the submissions this time? Did we want to go for an independent moderator to create the thread and post the images and descriptions all at once?

If so, is there anyone willing to do this?
