Y como para terminar: al lado del Conjunto Cerrado Prados del Este, junto a la Via Ureña; depejaron el lote, pero para hacer mas y mas casas; que desperdicio tan grande.

Bueno llegaron rapido al punto de equilibrio, un proyecto del que nunca se vio nada de publicidad por la ciudad, es que su ubicacion es muy buena en mi opinion.

Por otro lado, Mirador del este ya terminaron la estructura.

Gracias al sistema constructivo que utilizan en Tulipanes es que podemos ver el rendimiento de la construcción en tampoco tiempo.

Este es el proyecto que reemplazo al de Portal De Ceiba II.

sera construido en el lote donde se encuentra la sala de ventas una cuadra antes de la iglesia.
