Exact same here. In my restaurant expenses there's pretty much a dead zone in the $10 to $20 bracket. I try to eat at home whenever possible, so whenever I eat at a restaurant, it's either fast food (ideally Subway or a cheap Thai food chain, the least unhealthy options) or else it's because my gf and I, or the people we're going out with, have decided to enjoy good food.

Nickelback must be getting close to the point of being a nostalgia act by now, no? Pretty soon millennials will be cranking it up and thinking back to the days when they used to look like this

I am desperate to find out what the difference is between the two tiers of Nickelback fanclubmanship.

I can understand not being a fan of someone's music, but I find it disappointing how much bullying the poor guy receives.. that's basically all that I see when his name comes up.. and all he ever did to deserve it was create bad music. I'm this close to having a "leave Britney alone" moment for the poor guy. ...and this is coming from me!!.. and I'm a self proclaimed asshole. Be nice guys!

He is the Ralph Wiggum of politics.

Sorry, that's a little to far. Calling him the Ralph Wiggum of politics is an insult to Ralph Wiggum.

Pretty much. Don’t forget to also blame the NDP, foreign funded environmentalists, Joe Biden, evil socialists / communists, city dwellers aka ‘urban elites’ who look down their noses at rural coal mine workers, municipal governments and Naheed Nenshi, and finally Albertans themselves.
