I was walking my dog through Central Park the other day and I took some pictures of One57. It really towers over everything. What a great addition it will be to the midtown skyline...

Latest update from yesterday. Took a boatload of photos, weather was fantastic. I'm beginning not to like the pixelated look of the cladding as it keeps rising, but jury's out until the cover comes off the entire thing & until it's finished.

A pic I took while out on my boat this weekend. Pic is from Port Washington, (where I live) Long Island about 20 miles away. One57 has a great impact on the skyline.

Beautiful photo, pnapp. I saw this in the 1WTC thread first and immediately noticed One57. You're absolutely right about its impact on the skyline- can't wait to see the further changes other buildings bring in a few years!

From this outstanding photo, One57 clearly anchors the skyline that balances the skyline in a way that Columbus Circle never did.

Awesome photo, pnapp1 !!

Brought my big camera to work today so I have some close up shots from the 14th floor to show. Will upload them later today when I get home!

The formwork on the top has been moving, but only slightly. Lots of facade work, as well.
