Unbelieveable it's almost 2 years.

You won't believe but it's taken them over 3 years to get from excavation to 2 floors up. I remember taking pictures of this site in the summer / fall of 2012. Ridiculous.

Woow, awesome progress and post! I remember looking at this tower U/C a few months ago and thinking, "hmm, it's filler I guess", but seeing the podium (First 8-10 floors), it seems that the design from that part of this project actually looks reasonably nice IMO. Either way, this is good filler and it's good to see that the developers actually kept and reintegrated the facade with this new development. I'm giving this a 6.5/10 for reasons stated above. (Not meant to be interpreted as a reason for arguing or trolling on this forum)
