This will be an extreme dense intersection of high rise development.

We're talking six 40 storey plus towers on one block

Bond
Peter Street -Condo
TIFF / Festival Tower
Cinema Condos
Pinnacle on Adelaide
Pinnalce on Adelaide 2

I like the density, but a bit concerned about the lack of architectural diversity. Besides the developing 'table top', this has the potential to look quite monotonous... and not in a good way.

I hope I'm wrong.

All the old Factory warehouses will break any chance for monotony, at least from ground level.

I forgot this building was under construction!! lol!

Looks like they are building office space on the lower levels. That glass is high quality curtainwall, probably won't go all the way up, methinks.

This Hooters will not last long! - I see a big condo coming here this Hooters has 2 years at the most, from my opinion.

The condo has a nice blank wall for whatever gets built at Hooters.

Depends on who moves into the nearby condo towers. If you have a large enough concentration of those who are delightfully tacky, yet unrefined, the Hooters could do quite well.

Unless that Hooters is making $1 million dollars a day, it's gone. Just a matter of time.

Those guys on UT have been counting down for a while now.
