It is still operable, right?
Yeah it will be used for exhibits and so on. Almost like a mini Javitz center.

^Yes, you can start to see the distinctive pattern taking shape as shown in previous renderings.

"This is truly a fascinating structure." - Dac150

undoubtedly the wheels & culture shed are a unique feature . .
it's of a similar size to the "big basket", crowded in right next to it . .
that's the infamous "vessel" . . constructed of endless staircases,
that hordes are to indubitably frolic over . .

15 HY's 910 feet of verticality, on the other hand. . is but a feeble gesture . .
For all of Ms. Diller's magnificently snooty, highfalutin verbiage, . .
about the first skyscraper in history . . with unique feminine design
. . that focuses in the middle . . the tower's curvaceous waist . .
Such speechifying ! . . intelligence, innovation, real pioneering spirit !!!
. . not much has come of it . .

"the corset", . . yes, that part was fascinating . .
not gorgeous, but definitively noteworthy Architecture.
But now, that part is gone . .
having been axed by some cheap, bamboozling hooligan . .
In NYC, the good (expensive) parts, usually Go . .
and everybody pretends that, what we get, . .
is the best we can ever hope for . . hogwash ! . .

Looking good. What is the building with the "no place like Ohm" banner? Rental apartments?
