I think it is the small site area that is causing them problems.

Looking at that pic, I wonder if Queen West between University and Spadina will ever become a high rise canyon like Yonge seems destined to be.

It's difficult to predict what will happen in upcoming decades but mid-rise infill like King West/Freedville will be more likely for future growth along that stretch of Queen West.

I actually really like that building. Just wish it was twice as tall since it has zero impact on the skyline as is.

Residence at Royal Canadian Military Insititute, the tallest residential tower in Toronto without parking is now above ground and should rise quickly given its small floorplate.
