I'm going to have to collect a few of those webcam shots too. They'd make a nice time lapse.

Looks like they are starting to layout table forms that would be at grade.

The core is moving up nicely. We should start to see it move a bit quicker once it's above the podium level.

I'm surprised they didn't progress faster over January with the 3 weeks of above freezing temps. Hopefully it was just a lot of behind the noticeable scenes work going on and not a problem of any sort. Maybe we'll notice a change in momentum during the coming warm spell for most of the rest of February (as forecast at least).

There was lots of work going on this morning, and some concrete trucks there too.

IMO they made great progress over January. It doesn't look like it because much of the work is below grade.

Some concrete was poured yesterday. I watched the Brookfield banners go up today.

Some new renders, and some high res versions of ones we have already seen Happy at-grade day!!!

http://www.dialogdesign.ca/projects/brookfield-place/

It looks like they will be building half of the Galleria space (as seen in the 3rd and 4th renders), with the beautiful glass roof. Rather than just building a shitty retail area with a flat opaque roof like was originally though. Excellent news (if it turns out to be true)

It's always nice to see these renderings in hi-res. Thanks for posting!

Here's hoping that the glass roof will be hail proof. Would "Hockey" glass be hail proof??

Lol, uhhhm well considering that a large part of the roof of the Bow is actually a glass ceiling over the upper atrium and they have had no problems, I can't see why this development would. Not to mention the 3 block long glass roof of The Core Shopping Centre.

Not sure. My guess is 5 or 6 for the core. Not sure why this building does not receive a lot of love. Hard to photograph???

It's extremely easy to photograph, just hasn't changed much in a month or so. I'll do an update this coming Friday, as it's supposed to be beautiful weather anyways

Drove by yesterday and there has been noticeable progress on the core in the last week or so. The excitement will be when the core gets to a height that will be noticeable from more than a block away.

I went past BP too, and it has noticeably progressed. I'm looking forward to seeing it rise into the skyline.
