According to last month's Express News article they should have begun construction in May... but that didn't happen. Your guess is as good as mine.

At the moment the site is still a busy parking lot. Hopefully construction begins on time at the end of this month.

I feel like some sort of barrier should have been put up by now. Maybe it will come this week.

A little disconcerting. I went by today. It's still a lot with no sign of pending construction activity.

I wouldn't take the FAA permit as an absolute solid date. They're not required to be exact, and things do change. I wouldn't worry.

Did this ever get approval? I never did see any elevations for it, and I'd like to.

This project is alive and well. My firm works with the Weston Urban team on occasional PR projects. Spoke David Robinson Jr. earlier this month. There are a few hurdles WU is navigating, but none are deal breakers. I have ZERO insight on timeline, but I expect there will be movement on this one in 2021.

Good to know because the 7/30 start date came and went and the site is still an active parking lot - there's been no change as of today.

Gosh, this sucks. There is nothing on Weston Urban's site about this project either.

I know that this project will start in 2021. It just frustrates me that deadlines aren't met.

I'm not panicking either, I'm just making a statement that there is no update on their webiste.

I can confidently say this project is still a go and in its final due diligence stages. A supply shortage has been the biggest hurdle they’re facing but that’ll be resolved soon.

If you have an inside source then that makes me happy... the site is still an active parking lot as of today. Hopefully they fence the area off soon.

Another source is telling me start is now looking like February 2022. Also, there will be a name change to it.
