New York - WTC: Vehicular Security Center & Bus Parking Facility

I don't see an obvious thread dedicated to the Vehicular Security Center (VSC) at the World Trade site so I thought I'd share some pictures that have been uploaded over on Wired NY. I have been working on the site for a year now and have pictures from all over the site.

This is a fish eye lens angle taken from Greenwich St (inside the site) facing west.

More to come. Enjoy.

Any behind the scenes contributions would be greatly appreciated - I'm very interested and fascinated with the under workings of the site.

Above is a shot from a few months ago as we progressed on the west side of the VSC, the yellow box with the white trailer on top is sitting halfway down in the mechanical room.

Here is the same mechanical room from underneath a few days ago. The yellow box would have been sitting up on the ledge you can see in the background.

I thought it wasn't going to open until the complex was completed?

It seems that sections of Washington and Cedar streets are open again to public traffic.
