Yes the Kensington BRZ and Fourth Street in Mission as well. In the Beltline alone there's 17th Avenue, 10th Avenue, 4 street, and 1 street (and Stampede Park of course). Even still though, I was on Stephen Avenue on the Saturday night in question and my buddy and I couldn't even get a table on a patio at midnight, everywhere was packed. Was still busy even when we walked back through at 3 am after the bar.

I started a new future Toronto render, and will be adding more soon... on this version I have added M + G Towers, Massey Tower, 23 Spadina, 88 Scott, 81 & 141 Bay St., 1 Yonge St., Harbour Plaza and 10 York.

Thanks for that amazing look at Toronto's future but I will say I think you can delete the Mirvish proposal..........I don't see it coming to fruition.

Downtown Toronto is slowly expanding north, south and west. - Can't figure out which is more exciting, Southcore, Entertainment District, or Yorkville. - They all have supertall proposals going on as well..

Surely you mean East, North, and West? It can't really expand into the lake.

Southcore? - South of downtown, nothing but parking lots (or was nothing but parking lots)??

I figured that was past tense by now, and there's quite a lot happening to the east.

Winnipeg's Canadian identity when it comes to downtown... It will change completely if things go well...
