Nice new renderings. I am a bit disappointed they did not use the roof for a garden or a common area.

Agree. The podium is awful, but the towers are solid.

Keep in mind that the City requires that podium due to the Street being a warehouse design aesthetic, both authentic and not. Anywhere else it would look ridiculous, there it works reasonably well on the ICON I and II.

I actually like the look of the podium. That said, I agree they should have green space on the roof though.
