This building is a great addition to the city. It has a solid name that will be recognizable and easy to remember.

I can see a similar design stretching to 500' tall working just as well.

I'm glad it's not anywhere near that tall though. Not that it would have even been allowed though. I'm not really a fan of very tall highrises right next to bridge approaches. I think it messes with the balance of things. Rincon Hill in San Francisco next to the Bay Bridge and the under construction tower next to the Williamsburg Bridge in Manhattan are two examples.

It's right on the money. The Bridge does it right. It's a shame there's so little strong residential design like this in Philly. Hopefully, this building marks the beginning of a new era.

I really like it - probably one of the more unique and edgier buildings in Philadelphia. We need more of this. Right now, the template for most highrises is either a modern glass box, which are nice but plain, or a traditional looking building, which 9 of 10 times ends up looking cheap and obviously fake.

It's just called 'bridge' now, with a lowercase b. And a facebook handle and website of 'bridgeonrace'. Apparently there is already an organization in Philadelphia called The Bridge.

This building does everything right and hits all the right notes! Right down to the trees in front of it. Too many new projects have not added trees or landscaping or otherwise show no signs they will to the extent they are still incomplete.
