Mark on 10th, with 6th and tenth to the right, close to the Calgary Tower. Both projects are close in height, and compliment each other quite well, imo.

Looks to be 35 floors unless I mis-counted.

It could be actually. Since the time of the original posting the architect had said they were adding floors.

This is great for the west side of the city. There is a lot of filling in to do between Mark on 10th and Vantage Pointe. Astoria and a few new projects need to come on board and the west side of downtown will come alive again.

With Calla wrapping up, I kinda figured that Qualex would be focusing on moving Mark on Tenth forward. It will be nice to see since there are to many vacant lots in this area.

According to the Architect (Rafii Associates) the building is 110M/361feet. and 34 storeys. That sounds about right, but I'm wondering if that's roof height. A 34 floor building with that piece on top would normally have a higher structural height I would think.

Arriva has 34 floors, and a structural height of 420'
