Because of how emporis.com does their estimates, I'd say not to use them. Calculate your own estimates as Emporis.com often supplies the same height for each building uses (office, residential, etc...), which can be wildly off. For instance, they make no difference between newer and older buildings, lower-income an luxury residential highrises, etc. For instance, for this one the estimate would seem to average every floor to be over ten feet. In a high-rise of its age and class, this is highly unlikely. I gave it 120 feet, and that's me being generous.

Please always be sure to do ample research before requesting these structures, because it can reveal good information. For instance, on the Bridges website I find that it has a restaurant, which can be added to the database as a secondary building use. Plus, we specifically have a field on a building's page for its official website.
