I am thrilled that the developers have decided to not settle!

In the many years I have been visiting NYC, I have never experienced a time when the city was not under construction.

This city is fluid, dynamic and ever-changing!
When W. 57th becomes the tallest canyon in Midtown, we still have other areas that can redevelop.

Just look at the West Side if you want proof of that!

This view will change dramatically by 2020. La Revolución!!!

Just thinking of the affect of Nordstrom and Steinway.

So as a mental exercise, use that diagram that NYguy posted, and imagine the impact of all of those super talls.
