It's like any other route, really. Just gotta make sure you have your papers with you or else you get stuck at customs.
The whole route only has about 5 stops, a couple in Detroit (mainly Cobo Hall, sometimes the stadiums, and the transit Center), a few in Windsor (the casino and the transit center), and one at each of the customs plaza on either side of the border.
Customs usually takes about a half hour to check everyone on each bus. The wait time goes up on event days when a lot of Canadians head over into Detroit.
