My only complaint with One Bloor is that the tower is set back from Yonge Street. AURA is another offender weakening the street wall.

FrankieFlowerpot: side question. Do you go to Leafs games or do you just like the logo?

I like the logo that's all.

I got a t-shirt with the logo on it for a gift last Christmas from this site - they do an excellent range of old baseball memorabilia

I remember stumbling upon a game at Christie Pits. It felt very authentic and old school. I've often thought they should build bleachers right into the side of that grass hill with free admission. Beer/food sales could go directly to the team. It would be great for the neighbourhood if it grew back back into a significant local attraction. Baseball was once a deeply embedded part of the culture in neighbourhoods across Toronto. I believe there was even a riot between Jewish and Anglo teams back in the 1930s.

It suffers a little from existing in a sea of glass.

So many good buildings suffer from that, like Trump Vancouver as well.

Yeah, almost.

Still 4 taller buildings in the neighborhood though, including 2 Bloor West (CIBC Building), Uptown Condo (160 meters), Manulife Centre (166 meters), and Four Seasons (205 meters)

I wonder how long until Hudsons Bay replaces its logo.. The old Bay logo is really rather ugly.
