So here it is. I think brings to an end this little rendering blitz I have been on. Hope you all have enjoyed and it will inspire others to share.

Big mistake from my part, this one is a proposal, not U/C.

Can someone move this to proposals? It's not u/c.

I like it all; the tower, and at ground level. Hopefully this can legitimately be moved back to the u/c section eventually.

All the windows of the existing building are boarded up, and the tenants are all gone (including the ridiculous, and thankfully short-lived, Mr. Sofa furniture store). Anyone know if the high-rise plans for 2144 Bleury are going ahead?

Let's all hope this one is a go. It's a fantastic project. But if I'm
Not mistaken, the intent is to make it an
Office tower, correct? If so I have serious doubts this one will go up snytime soon.

http://ville.montreal.qc.ca/pls/port...ril%202012.pdf

there's been nothing on this one in a very long time, i think it's more of a concept than a proposal that anyone seriously put forward. basically, a property owner will entitle a lot and throw in the architectural plans with the sale, usually because they have land but no money or desire for risk. build a plan, seek an investor, sell the lot entitled if you fail.

Yeah this one wasn't ever a serious proposal. But I know that the plans to develop this land are still in the works.
