It's a bit hard to say. If a bunch of complainers show up, they might ask CF to shorten the towers. The Office of Public Consultation pretty much killed the
Mackay project a few years ago. I remember reading one article describing it as Dubai-esque.
Having said that, they have made exceptions before, and there aren't really any residents in the immediate surroundings of the towers.
It would be an outrage for a horrible project like the Jardins/Cours Windsor to have been approved and built when a decent one such as this is rejected simply on the basis of height rather than quality....
