Not sure about Watertown, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is military related or just more people looking for work in the area.

Very nice! Usually, you'll see old school buildings being used as senior housing, but im that it is marketed to a different set of folks.

^ Well that is definitely an improvement over the existing architectural mess. Nice!
