Actually, I was incorrect. This will not be a Le Meridien, but hotel brand for this project will be announced in the spring.

East Downtown is really starting to come together. I was skeptical of this revitalizing effort at first but when this is truly changing the face of the area.

With all these new buildings Downtown something needs to be done to the GRB, it's a huge eye sore.
