There are really already 4 with the rise of Jersey and Brooklyn's downtowns. I just hope the Hudson yards/west side developments end up as magnificent as in the renders and they dont die a death of a thousand cuts from height reductions, design changes and stalled projects. We have already seen a bit of that.

It probably won't remain that way for long when the Penn Station area gets redeveloped, Hudson Yards will then be absorbed into Midtown.

Apparently the Elevator is starting to be dismantled if you look on Earthcam the blue gates are gone at the very top.

Wow! It was so beautiful! It's gorgeous! I am really like it lots. It's perfect!
