Are they going to connect the phase two parking garage with this or are they going to be separate?

Not sure which levels but some of the concrete blocks will eventually get knocked out to connect at least these two phases.

I wonder what's going on with the second tallest tower this evening. There is a white flash top to bottom of the entire southern facade every 5 seconds. Upcoming lighting feature malfunctioning or being tested? It's very noticeable on a tower this tall all the way from Metrotown.

Wasn't aware there was any sort of lighting element that ran up and down the entire building on this project.

Maybe its a test of the fire-alarm system, and its the flashing strobe in the staircases or hallways thats being tested?

Should just be a testing of the fire alarm system. Someone probably forgot to turn it off before leaving for the day...

As expected they're completely tearing up the Gilmore roadbed and redoing it. Also notable that the curb ramp at Gilmore and Dawson seems to be further up Gilmore now.

It almost looks like they're turning it into single lane traffic with a divider in the middle...

I don't have pictures, but they've poured the concrete for a divider down the median again, and it looks to me like there's a possibility they're going to remove the slip lanes from Lougheed onto Gilmore and from Gilmore onto Hennings since they've poured concrete for the west curb and it seems to interfere with both slip lanes.

Makes sense, slip lanes have no place in urban areas.
