It's not an actual request to increase height. They are simply trying to maximize what they can do on the site based on the newly presented plan for the SCWD. An adjacent property may go to 24:1 FAR under the new plan - and they are currently at 15:1. In fact, their site would actually increase to 16:1 should the new SCWD plan be executed.

Again, I just think the owner of the property is trying to increase their field of options of what they can develop on the site - not necessarily increasing the height of any specific tower.

Shanghai has an observation deck. San Antonio has an observation deck. I think Pyongyang has an observation deck, but nobody can use it.
