Okay, it's a metro a bit over 100k. So not as mega over achieving, but still pretty darned solid.

I would say that is misleading in the scheme of American metropolitan areas. Cumberland does not sprawl at all. It is very isolated and seems to pop up from nowhere along the highway.

very nice. when i inherits large sums of cash and never have to work again, id like to fall off the grid and move to town exactly like this. is it safe to call this appalachia?
