Once there were some buildings which usually would be listed under the top ten but they got destroyed or changed during the time. For example the Berlin Cathedral was 114m high before WW2.

What are the rules? I know for example TV towers, masts, chimneys and bridges can’t be counted, but can churches be counted since they are buildings (but not highrises)?
And is it the roof height that is counted (it seems so since Frankfurt’s Commerzbank would be 299m otherwise)?

I love turning torso. Something liek that would perfect in Los Angeles but our city leaders lack ambition and innovation.
