On hold. Developer is too busy with Hemisfair and Maverick--also so many other neighboring apartments coming online. I would guess they want to hang on and do this once there is rent (or condo!) justification for a taller building.

Maybe they'll add some street level retail too. Spread the word, good people... street level retail makes the neighborhood!

This is the same developer as 1221 Broadway and The Maverick, and both have (or will have) ground floor retail. Pretty reasonable to assume they'll have it if this project ever makes!!
