There are floor plans posted on the Icon Bay website - http://iconbay.ca/architectural-plans/

These are very large units; even the one bedroom apartments are 1,014 square feet (that might include the balcony?) and has 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom, plus washer and dryer in each unit.

Here is a rendering of the 1 bedroom unit: (source: http://iconbay.ca/floor-plans/)

Yes, the floor plans have been available for some time, and I think they look very attractive.

What you won't find posted to the website is any mention of cost: no rental rates for individual units; no price range; not even a "starting from" figure.

Why the landlord thinks it's good marketing to invite people to apply (complete with income and other personal information) without first disclosing the price escapes me.

I noticed that... it seems to be a trend in Halifax. I'll bet the rents will be very high for the location.

Over at http://www.citycentreproperties.ca/ it shows a listing with a price of "$1420".

But I must admit to have a design, other than a flat top would've been better, it seems most buildings are basically flat on top in Halifax.

The sail looks a little strange to me, but does add some visual interest regardless. Perhaps some accent lighting would look cool at night?

Oh lord, I hope they are well-synched with the lights at Bayview. This little stretch departing the Fairview overpass is already painfully slow.

I have only seen this from the Windsor Interchage and it looks so bland. And kinda fat. Maybe another angle? But from a distance it looks like a spit n spandrel job.
