Does anyone know when the renderings for Foster + Partners new University of Pennsylvania tower will be released? I can't find anything more than words on the Google machine.

As in the Philadelphia thread, wouldn't expect anything until 2016.

It has to happen this month I would think for a crane. Also right now it looks like there almost done rebaring the next core floor, there fast today!

Via both the webcams, you will see! Some rebar already placed for most of the core accept the middle.

Can't see much in either webcam (at least at the moment).

You must be one of those satellite-photo analysts at the NSA.

Thanks for the updated pics! Totally unrelated to this page but does anyone know what entity owns that huge empty lot on 13th and market on the northwest corner???
