There were updated renderings less than a month ago.. What leads you to believe this is stalled?

Todays LFP article quotes owner of lot that this project is dead for years. Parking lot for years to come.

Maybe he will get an offer to sell to a real developer who will build on the lot down the road but I'm guessing he will never build it himself.
