This project is currently in sales. Unfortunately I don't know how well they are going, but a project this huge might take some time to sell.

Phase 1 is almost sold out, and they're currently selling Phase 2. Construction for both towers will start together Fall 2012.

Oh wow! I didn't expect that given the size of these towers.

Nice to hear sales are going well!

Great project for the entertainment district.

Site prep has started for this one. Seems a little bit earlier than fall 2012.

This design looks pretty cheap

At least it will include some retail and it's not entirely spandrel on the podium.

From Dwils01 last photo update it looks to me they are at grade, which means they are moving at a very fast pace. They must have set possession dates and are under pressure.

Low profile, eh.

Lol! This building can't even fill one page of a Skyscraperpage thread, yet it will throw so many people into the heart of the Entertainment District it is bound to become unrecognizable to most everyday Torontians once its complete. This is going to be the most poppin' place in the entire city. Huge Patios, massive crowds pushed out onto the street at all hours of the day. Just ridiculous.

Agree. Even by next summer we'll notice a big difference in pedestrian traffic. I wonder what the 'Old City of Toronto' population is. Surely we're over 800,000 now? I really think we have a shot at hitting 1 million by 2020.
