"Westrich Pacific's Ultima Nears Completion"

Quote:
Progress has been moving along steadily at Westrich Pacific's Ultima in downtown Edmonton. Since our last update, the 32-storey condominium tower is quickly blending into the streetscape of the trendy Boardwalk and Warehouse Districts at the north end of the city core. Visible from the soon-to-be-complete Rogers Place arena and adjacent to the red-brick restaurant row housed within the Boardwalk building at the heart of the Warehouse District, the new tower will be in the midst of all the action, just steps away from Bay/Enterprise Square LRT Station.

You can tell which floors / units are now occupied from the blinds:

I guess this one is technically complete now that occupancy is underway.

It turned out well. The pedestrian presence has an inviting feel to it. I love the mix of glass and brick.
