Is there a stop work order on this project? I see no visual progress in four weeks.

I remember reading that the base along with the other foundation components will take a year for completion. So its going to be a while before we see some height.

I guess that makes sense as a lot of building will be hanging on to what we see here.

^For generations! They are some proud dudes. Very cool back-story to the steelworkers who built NYC.

They're now on the third floor core level above the base, and already it's starting to feel large. This complex has always seemed to me the most WTC-like, and that's something that I feel has been missing from the city, 2 very larger than life "twins".

Today I went up the stairs at the Eugene (3 Manhattan West) to the plaza that will connect all the buildings of the Manhattan West complex (It's not open but there was nothing obstructing the stairs so I moseyed on up there)

With this complex, the Hudson Yards, and the High Line, the far west side is gonna be magical in the next few years. So many cutaways, hidden angles, immaculate public spaces everywhere, retail, restaurants, art pieces and sculptures, open-air halls... a world unto its own all in the context of the craziness of the NYC streets adjacent and below

Awesome photos. You can see Brookfield's iintentions to use this as an extension to the High Line. I fully expect something similar from 360 10th.

This may not be as massive as Related's development, but it is massive and noteworthy in its own right.
