It didn't seem it was that high, but my sense of scale could have been off. Nevertheless, all three are pretty large monumental sites at the pedestrian level.

^ Thanks for the response and yes the structures look huge especially if the station in downtown Miami is supposed to be 50ft. | 15+ meters above ground.
It's impressive !
Were you able to notice if a 5 bay platform is being built to include Tri-Rail that looks like this though?

That article is based off one I wrote last week on my blog:

http://www.moderncities.com/article/...s-shape/page/5

JAXIS (formerly called the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center) has been proposed for a good decade now. It just never had funding. Now the JTA does. The Skyway is already there (convention center station). Work on the BRT platforms started a few months ago and the intercity bus terminal is supposed to break ground later this year I believe. All of it is supposed to be completed in 3 years. If Brightline is extended to Jax, an intermodal terminal will already be in place. I wouldn't call it TOD but some infill is proposed to break ground across the street from it later this year as well.

By This Time Next Year, Brightline Trains Will Be Running from Miami To W. Palm Beach

By TNM Staff on August 11, 2016

All Aboard Florida is on track to begin Brightline passenger train service between Miami and West Palm Beach in less than a year, according to Miami Today.

Tri-Rail executives were recently given a tour of the under-construction MiamiCentral station, which they called “amazing.” The Tri-Rail station will be ready soon after the Brightline station, and could be in service by fall of 2017.

Before Tri-Rail can begin service on All Aboard Florida’s tracks, they still need to finalize insurance to operate on the privately owned tracks.

The first tower crane has been installed at MiamiCentral, as seen in a photo by Phillip Pessar:

When it's time for him to run for re-election, you can vote. FYI, he was re-elected in 2014. That was years after he killed the FHSR project. You don't get to vote for new governor until 2018.

A few pics I snapped today of the Brightline Rail Repair Facility underconstruction at the FEC Northwood Yard in West Palm Beach. The facility, just north of downtown West Palm Beach, will be used to repair, maintain, clean and store Brightline’s trains. About 50 people will work out of the 12-are site at 601 15th Street, which is also expected to serve as an office for the company’s conductors, engineers, and on-board service staff. I'm sorry for the lousy quality. It was overcast, I was driving and using my cell phone.
