Correct. I really like that building. A lot of beautiful work on the crown of the building.

I love that building, but was sad when they remodeled, they removed the beautiful ground-floor windows.

I think it is an alley on 200 South Between Main and State, just west of Regent Street. Here is a street view of the entrance.

(I think) You're correct!
I saw the Regent in the background and there's a behind the scenes video where they are hanging out on 200 S in front of the Walker Center Building where your google map links to

Yes that is correct, that is the alley between Main and Regent. The building on the left is the back of the Nuemont University/Tribune Building and the building on the right was the NAC press building. If I'm not mistaken this is right about where the alley will end when the PAC is done.
