Really nice, classy new addition to SLC. And looks like there's a decent sized surface lot nearby for some future additions!

Yeah, the locals are hoping that that lot across the street will be the site of a new tallest bank tower. This new tower reaching completion is pretty much already solidly full, before it's even ready for occupancy. That is always a good harbinger of recently proposed towers becoming reality.
