Hm. I suppose it would definitely be "one of" the tallest. But I don't think there's any case for #1.
I see 3 categories of potential competitors:
1. Buildings that are outside the main city limits, but are basically urban in character (like this building will try to be).
Jersey City probably wins this category, with two buildings in the 700' range.
2. Buildings that are suburban in character, but that happen to be inside the main city limits. Houston's
901' Williams tower is the longtime champ there, but others like Tulsa's
648' Cityplex tower also beat this.
3. Buildings that are *both* outside the main city limits, and suburban in character. AFAIK
Sunny Isles Beach has that market cornered, with 4 buildings taller than this one.
This does, however, beat
that 570' suburban Atlanta building that we all used to talk about back in SSP's early days.
